Work Hours: Monday to Friday, Graveyard shift EST
Salary: $900-$1,200 USD per month

Summary Description:

We are in search of an E-commerce Data Specialist with a standout personality, expert-level Excel skills, and strong project management capabilities. You will be instrumental in managing our e-commerce platform, specifically focusing on product listings, data management, and optimization within our Shopify environment. The ideal candidate is not only technically proficient but also charismatic and great at collaborating with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Project Management:
– Lead and manage e-commerce projects, ensuring deadlines are met and data standards are maintained.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and consistency across all e-commerce data.
– Use project management tools like Trello to organize tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.

Excel Proficiency:
– Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze, manage, and optimize e-commerce data.
– Develop and apply complex formulas and data manipulation techniques to streamline operations and enhance data accuracy.
– Advanced usage of Excel formulas, including Round, VLOOKUP, and other functions critical for effective data management and analysis.

Shopify Product Management:
– Add products to Shopify via both admin interface and CSV imports.
– Experience in adding products with and without variants.
– Familiarity with Shopify meta fields for comprehensive product information.

HTML Markup and Text Formatting:
– Basic knowledge of HTML markup for tasks such as bolding, line breaks, paragraphs, and bullets.

Image Editing:
– Perform light image editing, including background removal, cropping, and converting images to the right sizing.
– Utilize AI tools and platforms like Canva for efficient image editing.

Communication and Collaboration:
– Exhibit a great personality that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication.
– Engage actively with team members to share insights, solve problems, and achieve common goals.

Qualifications:
– Strong project management skills with an ability to lead and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
– Expert proficiency in Excel, with a thorough understanding of formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
– Solid experience with Shopify platform, understanding the nuances of product listings and data management.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing complex datasets.
– Great personality with strong communication and teamwork skills.
– Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed, with initial availability during USA EST hours preferred.
