E-commerce/Direct to Customer Marketing – D2C Specialist

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce/D2C Specialist to join our team in the home furnishing industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing, as well as experience with HTML, CSS, Photoshop, and excellent Excel skills. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website, ensuring that our products are successfully marketed, and other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and update our e-commerce website for E&E’s products
• Ensure that products are properly listed and optimized for search engines
• Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the United States marketing team to develop digital marketing strategies
• Work with third-party vendors to ensure that our website is fully functional and up-to-date
• Use Photoshop to create and edit product images
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers through excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Excel

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Photoshop
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with data analysis
• Experience with Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business model preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Interest or experience the home furnishing industry is a plus

Working hours
