E-Commerce/Dropship Virtual Assistant

We run a dropship e-commerce brand called Caffeine + Carbs. Caffeine + Carbs is your go-to brand for stylish, comfortable apparel and accessories that celebrate the busy, vibrant lives of modern women. We specialize in graphic tees, cozy crewnecks, and chic tote bags designed with witty, empowering messages that resonate with mompreneurs, small business owners, and book lovers alike.

Our collections are perfect for women in their late 30s who juggle multiple roles and appreciate a good laugh. Each piece is crafted to provide ultimate comfort while allowing for self-expression and a sense of community.

At Caffeine + Carbs, we believe in fostering a community where sisterhood thrives, self-expression is self-care, and humor enhances everyday moments. Our brand values revolve around empowerment, authenticity, and connection. We aim to offer more than just clothing—we provide a way for women to celebrate their individuality and share their stories with the world.
We are looking for a virtual assistant to help manage our shop including creating product listings in our Shopify store, creating products in Printful, and creating marketing materials using Canva. This is a non-exclusive list of tasks we need assistance with right now, and we hope to find someone who can help us grow the business over time and take on more responsibilities. We’re looking for someone who can really become a part of our team and help us take this business to the next level.

– Create engaging and optimized product listings in Shopify
– Set up products inside of Printful.
– Create product mockups in Canva
– Create marketing marketing materials using templates inside of Canva
– Create emails inside of Shopify Email
– Create and schedule graphics for Pinterest
– Potentially help create new designs and ideas

Position Requirements:
– Proficient in written and spoken English.
– Past experience using Shopify and Canva a must.
– Graphic design experience also a must
– Work 5-10 hours per week (may vary each week), opportunity for growth in hours and wage.
– Be available for quick turnaround. Work on your own hours. Ideally all tasks will be completed within 1-2 days.
– Have reliable internet connection and computer.
– Check in daily, both before you start your work and at the end of your assignments each day. Track your time spent on projects.
