We Are Hiring!
Are you a creative and passionate designer with a knack for eye-catching visuals? We are looking for a talented Template Designer to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging template designs for our personalized canvas prints.
You will be:
? Creating template designs & provide revisions as necessary
? Creating appropriate mock-ups for said designs & provide revisions as necessary
? Creating advertisement banners for said designs & provide revisions as necessary
? Ensuring designs are user-friendly and allow for easy personalization by customers/audience.
? Collaborating with Marketing Team & other project stakeholders
? Creating customers’ orders in a timely manner as indicated on their order sheet
? Stay up-to-date on design trends and incorporate them into your creations while maintaining brand consistency.
? Committed and dedicated by being on time & can work under minimal supervision (We hate micromanaging and we do not like energy-vampires)
? Ensuring good communications with the team so Good command of the English Language is a must.
? Clarifying and should be able to follow instructions given.
Qualifications and Requirements:
? Proven 1.5 to 3 years experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and a keen eye for detail.
? MASTERY in Adobe Photoshop.
? Excellent understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
? Strong communication and collaboration skills.
? Passion for creating unique and visually appealing designs.
Bonus Points:
???? Experience with UI/UX design principles.
???? Experience designing for print media and other platforms
???? Knowledge of current design trends in the personalized gift market or other PODs
???? At least 1 year experience in video editing for advertising/e-commerce business.
