As the E-commerce Expert & Online Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our online sales channels, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, and Shopify. Your primary duties will include:

Listing Optimization: Creating and optimizing product listings on various e-commerce platforms to maximize visibility, conversion rates, and sales.
Inventory Management: Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels across all sales channels to ensure adequate stock availability and prevent stockouts.
Order Processing: Processing and fulfilling online orders accurately and efficiently, including picking, packing, and shipping.
Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Website Management: Managing and updating our website(s) to ensure product information, pricing, and promotions are accurate and up-to-date.
Data Analysis: Analyzing sales data, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Online Marketing: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement online marketing strategies, including PPC advertising, email campaigns, and social media promotions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
Proven experience (X years) in e-commerce operations, with a focus on listing products on Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools, including Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Shopify.
Strong understanding of online retail operations, including inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment processes.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
