Hello – my wife and I sell on Amazon, Shopify, ebay, Houzz, and part of our goals will be to expand to Wal-Mart soon. At our core, we sell mid-luxury, Vintage style items in the following categories: dinnerware, glasses, flatware, and other gifts. We are very easy going and enjoy working on our business.
We have been doing all of the work on our platforms since we purchased the business in 2022 with the help of one VA. We are looking to onboard several full time teammates. These teammates will have a chance to learn an ecommerce business from the bottom-up and across several platforms.
We are not looking for experts as we hire consultant experts to help us out as needed. We are looking for the following from you:

Business Requirements:
– Microsoft Excel – we will build a lot of data that you will have to navigate and contribute to on a daily basis. You don’t need to know pivot tables or Vlookup or advanced VBA, however we are looking for people that understand formulas and can create organized data.
– At least 6 months experience in e-commerce – We are looking for people who have actual work experience with Amazon, ebay, Shopify, Wal-Mart or Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
Day 1: Take the spaghetti out of the box & introductions. Planning.
Day 2: Prepare, cook, set the table, sit down, and eat the spaghetti – prepare to hit the ground going – not running. We are quality focused & will take our time to make sure it’s right.

– We have a loose set of SOP’s and this person will be creating SOP’s
– Organizing SOP’s into a table of contents that can be easily navigated
– Helpful to have previous project management experience or developing processes
PPC
– Working on an expertly set up, ongoing advertising campaign
– Understanding the differences between each of the campaign set ups is vital
– Working with keyword data is essential and experience with Helium 10 is required for this position
– Putting together a weekly report and discussing with the team
Catalog Management
– Setting up listings on all the sites we sell on
– Incorporating AI into listing creation
– Keyword discovery and lacing throughout all areas of the listing
– Variation creation and maintenance
– Listing quality improvements
– Image updates
– Infographic creation
– A+ Content
– AB Testing
Social Media
– Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc
– Blogging
– Email creation (we have not done ANY of this, yet)
