E-commerce Listings Virtual Assistant (Women’s Fashion Brand)

Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to create and upload product listings to multiple marketplaces. This role is responsible for ensuring that all listings are accurate, complete, and optimized for search.
You will be given images and then be expected to create the listing from scratch with the title and description based on a set template we provide.
Responsibilities:
• Create and upload new product listings to Shopify, Jane, and Etsy
• Optimize listings for search by using relevant keywords and phrases
• Update existing listings with new information or pricing
• Able to meet upload deadlines as requested by the team
• You are expected to use online AI tools to help you in your work, however it is your job to ensure the results given by AI is accurate and that you are not using repeated answers given by AI onto multiple different listings

Other Unrelated Listing Tasks:
• Research, reach out, and track potential boutiques and offer our wholesale services via direct messaging on our wholesale Instagram account.

Qualifications:
• Experience with creating and uploading product listings with any type of marketplace or ecommerce platform
• Experience with copywriting for fashion products, particularly women’s apparel
• Strong understanding of search key words and their effectiveness for ecommerce listings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable access to a computer and internet

Additional Information:
• Full time virtual position, with approximately 30-40 hours per week. Part time option is also available for hourly pay instead
• Salary is starting at $600 per month with bonus incentives down the line.
