This is a permanent work-from-home position at a fast-growing e-commerce company. We are looking for a tech-savvy Logistics and Supply Chain Manager with a keen-eye for detail to help the company manage the entire supply chain.
The end goal of the Supply Chain Manager’s work is to ensure on-time delivery of the products to the warehouses, distribution sites and/or to the customers while reducing costs. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Purchasing team, Customer Support, Data team, Finance, and other internal teams, as well as build a good relationship with the Warehouse team, 3PLs and other external partners. This position will manage a small team of Logistics and Supply Chain Associates. This role will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain and Operations.

Salary Range: $1,600 – $2,500 a month (depending on experience)
Day to day Duties and Responsibilities:
– Oversee all the active orders and make sure they are getting processed with the vendor and getting shipped on time.
– Work with Customer Service and Purchasing Team on orders that encounter issues (delay by vendor, out of stock, cancellation, return etc.)
– Order Analysis, spot troublesome products, processes etc., and work on improvement solutions.
– May need to contact 3PL Warehouses, Vendors and Suppliers pertaining to different inventory and order issues.
– Analyzing supply chain data and performance.
– Maintaining inventory.
– Supervising and training team members.
– Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.
– Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
– Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
– Maintain supply chain inventory and records.
– Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
– Evaluate and report on KPIs.
– Create the company’s supply chain strategy
– Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
Experience and Qualities we look for:
– Must have previous Logistics and Supply Chain Management Experience (4+ years)
– Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.
– Working experience of relevant ERP software (e.g., NetSuite).

– Comfortable working with Google Sheets, MS Excel, and other relevant tools.
Desired Education Background:
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Customs Administration or similar field.
Bonus Points:
– Remote experience
– E-commerce experience (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify)
– Familiarity with Slack, Asana, Hubstaff, and Google Suites
