Your Role:
Initially, perform both logistics coordination and financial administration duties. You’ll ensure every order is processed efficiently, monitor our automated 3PL, and handle direct shipments with a keen eye on courier costs and customer satisfaction.
Manage invoice processing, oversee approving costs for payment, and ensure that financial records for logistics operations are meticulously maintained.
Take charge of our inventory and stock management processes, backing up sales and marketing campaigns with appropriate stock levels.
After the maternity cover, the role will transition to focusing solely on optimizing and monitoring logistics, ensuring we deliver world-class fulfillment within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
During the maternity cover period:
Maintain our high standards in logistics, ensuring each order’s fulfillment is up to our world-class standards and within budget.
Resolve courier-freight related customer concerns efficiently.
Handle finance/accounting tasks, including invoice checking, to ensure no detail is overlooked.
Engage in daily, weekly, and end of the month finance reporting.
After the maternity period:
Dive deeper into logistics analysis, focusing on cost-efficiency and the streamlining of systems.
Collaborate on global logistics, learning the ropes of international shipping and freight forwarding.
Who You Are:
Experienced with logistics and basic finance and accounting, capable of seamlessly transitioning between these facets.
Highly organized, with project management skills that ensure operations run smoothly and no small detail is missed.
A superb communicator, ready to tackle customer concerns and team collaboration with equal finesse.
