Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled E-commerce Manager to oversee our Shopify store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing online retail platforms, with a focus on product listing, order management, customer service, and fulfillment. Expertise in Shopify is a must, and additional experience with print on demand services, Etsy, dropshipping, and eBay will be highly regarded. Skills in graphic design and development are a significant plus.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of our Shopify store.
List products on Shopify with detailed descriptions and high-quality images.
Handle order processing, shipping, and fulfillment with efficiency and accuracy.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and optimize product listings for SEO.
Monitor and analyze store performance, generating reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends and platform updates to ensure the store remains competitive.
Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained to meet demand.
If applicable, utilize graphic design skills to create engaging visuals for product listings and marketing materials.
Utilize development skills to customize the Shopify store, improving functionality and user experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful Shopify store management is a must.
Proficiency in Shopify platform, including product listing, order management, and fulfillment processes.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally.
Knowledge of print on demand, Etsy, dropshipping, and eBay platforms is highly valued.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Experience in graphic design and development is a plus, particularly with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and HTML/CSS.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
