Job Title: E-Commerce Manager – Amazon Shop
We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to oversee all aspects of our Amazon shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to drive online sales, enhance the customer shopping experience, and maximize the overall performance of our Amazon store.
Responsibilities:
1. Store Management:
– Create and manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure optimal stock levels.
– Implement strategies to enhance the visibility and ranking of products within Amazon’s search algorithm.
2. Sales and Marketing:
– Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
– Optimize advertising campaigns, including sponsored products and display ads, to achieve maximum ROI.
3. Customer Service:
– Monitor customer reviews and feedback, addressing issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
– Implement strategies to improve the overall customer shopping experience, including optimizing product pages and streamlining the purchase process.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
– Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports.
– Analyze data to identify trends, evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, and make data-driven decisions.
5. Partnerships and Vendor Management:
– Collaborate with vendors and negotiate terms to ensure favorable agreements.
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply chain.
6. Compliance and Operational Excellence:
– Stay informed about Amazon policies and ensure compliance with terms of service.
– Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
– Experience managing an Amazon store or e-commerce platform.
– Strong understanding of Amazon’s marketplace and algorithms.
– Proficient in using analytics tools and interpreting data to drive business decisions.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
– Experience with Walmart is a plus!
– Experience in solving issues and problems with competitors is also a plus!!
Education and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
– Previous experience in e-commerce or online retail management.
– Training and seminars regarding e-commerce
