E commerce manager

?Responsibilities • Daily management of the online store and making sure that the website is kept up to date with new products. • Plan the execution of new strategies. • Make sure that products are displayed correctly on the website. • Ensure that images of the product are collected before launching. • Working closely with the buying and merchandise team to ensure products will arrive on time. • Support the eCommerce manager with ad hoc onsite projects and web development by submitting tickets to the web development agencies. • Take feedback from the vendors and customers. • Develop promotional plans for eCommerce platforms managing changes throughout the year, ensuring constant communication, input, and feedback from management, buyers, and sellers. • Handle customer support enquiries • Order tracking • Uploading images • Product descriptions • Basic Social Media • Sending out invoices and refunds as required
?Requirements Previous experience in support management of an online e-commerce platform such as Shopify, WooCommerce (WordPress) or Amazon/Ebay Store
