E-Commerce Manager

JOB TITLE: E-COMMERCE MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Daily management E-commerce shop and Amazon Account
-Update listing copy, keywords and upload graphics as assigned
-Customer Order Management and troubleshoot as necessary
-Monitor sales daily and report sku level on sales weekly
-Manage and coordinate promotions with the Marketing Team.
-Troubleshoot issues as they arise and create issues ticket as needed

Inventory management:
-Create and maintain spreadsheet for tracking inventory and maintaining timely orders to maintain adequate stock levels
-Communicate with Vendors/Manufacturers
-Working closely with the CEO and Social Media VA, E-commerce support and advertising team for the strategies to be implemented that will help generate increased in sales and a positive customer experience

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years of prior e-Commerce (Amazon and Shopify) Business management experience required
Must be detail oriented, data driven, self starter
Experience with Spreadsheet creation and data maintenance
Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
Data-Focused for increased growth and sales
Team Player
Exceptional time management skills
