Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic E-commerce Manager to oversee our direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales channels across all markets, including our primary website (3 shopify stores) and marketplace stores such as LazMall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entirety of our online presence, optimizing sales channels, and enhancing user experiences to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time remote role. You will be required to work from Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm (PH time)

Key Responsibilities:
– Sales Channel Management: Manage all aspects of DTC sales channels, including website and marketplace stores, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
– Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to improve e-commerce operations, working closely with different departments to ensure seamless execution.
– Website Oversight: Monitor and ensure that the website is functionally efficient, user-friendly, and adheres to brand guidelines. Promptly address any technical issues or bugs that may impact user experience or sales.
– Conversion Optimization: Implement and manage optimization strategies such as A/B testing, site layout adjustments, and personalized marketing tactics to improve conversion rates.
– User Experience (UX) Improvement: Continually enhance the online shopping experience by improving site navigation, streamlining checkout processes, and optimizing for mobile use.
– Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Shopify analytics to monitor and report on website performance, customer engagement, and conversion rates, making data-driven decisions to enhance strategies.
– Content Management: Oversee the creation and publication of content across platforms, including product descriptions, blogs, and promotional materials.
– Strategic Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with overall business goals to foster sales growth and customer acquisition.
– Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer behavior, competitor strategies, and market trends, adapting strategies as needed.
– Technology Management: Stay abreast of the latest e-commerce technologies and platforms, integrating new tools and systems to enhance the shopping experience.
– Digital Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
– Operational and Customer Service Collaboration: Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure efficient inventory management and excellent customer support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably with Shopify platforms. We’re looking for candidates with at least 2 – 5 years of experience with Shopify Plus
– Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Strong analytical skills
– Strong communication and coordination abilities, capable of leading cross-functional teams.
– A curious and inquisitive nature, always seeking new ways to enhance business results.
– Some knowledge of digital marketing strategies and conversion rate optimization.
– Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, which would be advantageous in managing website customizations and troubleshooting.
– Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (Not a pre-requisite, but this will be part of your responsibilities. We will provide training where necessary)

Note: There will be a qualifying test that you have to go through for this role.
