CRHandrail aims to empower people to easily install handrails and keep their loved ones safe. Our handrails are built to be installed with ease, and our updated installation instructions make the process easier to understand and implement. We currently are a small but awesome team working remotely, and we plan to expand and ramp up throughout the year. We are looking for a skilled Shopify Ecommerce Manager to join our team. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing all activities in our shopify storefront at . This includes looking after product sales, our customer experience, as well as our storefront UI/UX.

This is a REMOTE position requiring a good internet connection (at least 50MBps), your own workstation, a smartphone with data, and schedule flexibility including the possibility of weekend work when needed.

KPIs-
– All listing pages have the most up to date content & layout (there should be little to none issues/outdated content). KPI can be viewed as random
– QC for issues = 0.
– Issues include: old images, old sales point, invalid variations, incorrect details (like SKU or naming), error in linkage between warehouse inventory to listing, pricing issue, etc
– Sales Goal Met (establish/agreed together)
– Post sales customer experience
– Purchase
– Spare parts
– quote/kitting

June 2023 Things to Resolve upon Hire:
– Get all listing pages updated with Best in Class listing page/images/variation correctly updated
– Also need to have reviews & FAQ all properly linked / contained
– Establish sales goal
– Need to get follow email working
– Quote
– Post sales
– Post spare parts request

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee all activities related to our Shopify storefront including:
– Product Sales
– UI/UX for ALL customer touch points
– After sales customer experience (UX + email campaigns for post purchase)
– Set up, monitor, and measure website performance, as well as make recommendations and improve performance (this will entail strategic planning & managing projects with content creator/s, media developer/s, Shopify developer/s to create best in class website layout and functionality and content)
– Measure online conversion and identify tactics internally and with third parties to improve conversion rates
– Ensure that products are merchandised while ensuring that products are simple to find, aiding in maximizing conversion opportunities
– Effectively manage stock / inventory levels and ensure inventory is accurately reflected on website
– Improve and implement new SOP/SaaS App to improve the overall customer experience (both for pre-sale and post-sale)
– Identify and report on trends in trading performance and develop sales forecasts for peak trading periods online

Requirements:
– At least 3 years MANAGEMENT experience as an Ecommerce Manager, preferably in a Shopify environment (minimum 1M USD/year specifically on ecommerce channel you managed). (NOTE: Updating listings or inventory, does NOT count towards management experience).
– At least 2 years of Project Management experience as a Project Lead coordinating and directing a team to create content preferably in an Agile/Scrum environment
– Strong knowledge of Shopify, including Shopify Plus, themes, apps, and other e-commerce tools preferred.
– Strong attention to detail
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Strong creative thinking with a passion for storytelling and visual content
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent project management skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
