Responsibilities: 
The E-commerce Marketing Coordinator will manage digital marketing and user experience strategies and analysis for iHeartRaves and INTO THE AM, including but not limited to site content, promotional messaging, site search, A/B testing, redesign projects, UX, mobile experience, and analytics. This role will develop campaign strategies and drive improved conversion performance in order to effectively meet company goals. The right candidate will leverage their analytical background to develop recommendations, and reporting to help track revenue, budgeting, and performance goals.
– Responsible for managing the site marketing digital calendar, planning, and related processes inclusive of homepages, category banners, landing pages, and any other site messaging touchpoints.
– Coordinate the timelines, briefs, and execution of site content.
– Support site A/B testing program end to end.
– Participate in Site Enhancements Roadmap, supporting drafting technical requirements, advising on customer experience & QA.
– Liaise with stakeholders, development teams, marketing, and design.
– Manage day-to-day success of the overall site – working to resolve site bugs, critically thinking about the customer experience, and using analysis to improve conversion.
– Leverage analytics tools and data in order to monitor, report upon, and improve key KPIs for conversion rate and content performance.
– Monitor, report upon, and suggest changes in order to improve site performance. 
– Assist with developing weekly, monthly, and quarterly analyses and forecasts.
– Conduct competitive research to stay on top of trends, monitor industry changes and translate those into actionable recommendations.

Requirements:
– Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
– Must have 2+ years of managing reports and analytics.
– Experience with Shopify Plus and Google Analytics.
– Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, etc).
– Experience developing content, marketing briefs, and managing editorial calendars.
– Experience with content management, site updates, and creating supporting plans and processes.
– Understanding of website KPIs and general UX practices– conversion funnel, CTR, device performance.
– Strong demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to clearly summarize key learnings and recommendations from raw data.
– Must be a strong collaborator who can work effectively with key cross-functional partners.

Preferred Working Hours:
– Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm PST.
