Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager to oversee various projects within our organization. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of e-commerce and online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone who has extensive experience in e-commerce, online marketing, or has previously worked in a marketing agency.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee various projects related to e-commerce and online marketing.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement, and roll out new initiatives.
3. Monitor marketing performance, adjusting schedules as necessary, and ensuring each project stays within budget and meets quality standards.
4. Use marketing management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.
5. Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.
6. Manage potential marketing project risks and develop contingency plans.
7. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing management, preferably in e-commerce or online marketing.
2. Prior experience in a marketing agency is a significant plus.
3. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum).
4. Proficient in using project management software tools such as Notion, Trello, or Click to view.
5. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously.
7. Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry.
8. Comfortable working in a remote setting and has the ability to manage time effectively.
9. Intercultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse teams.
