e-Commerce Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, managing online campaigns, optimizing SEM and SEO efforts, and driving affiliate marketing programs. This role also entails leadership responsibilities and active participation in market research and analysis to ensure Starbond’s continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Starbond’s products and services.
· Oversee affiliate marketing programs, nurturing relationships with partners to maximize brand exposure and revenue.
· Manage SEM and SEO strategies, continuously optimizing for improved online visibility and traffic.
· Execute Amazon, Meta, and Google PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
· Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across various platforms.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
· Provide effective team leadership, guiding and inspiring the marketing team to achieve their goals.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
· In-depth knowledge of marketing strategy development and execution.
· Proficiency in affiliate marketing, SEM, and SEO concepts and strategies.
· Proven experience in managing Amazon, Meta, and Google PPC campaigns.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and execute online marketing campaigns effectively.
· Exceptional analytical and market research skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a marketing team.
