E-commerce Marketplace Manager

MultiplyMii, a premium recruitment & HR services company, is growing FAST and we are currently looking for an eCommerce Marketplace Manager for our US-based client. Our client is a CPG brand in the health and wellness space selling on various third-party online marketplaces (channels). In this role, you will be part of the digital team reporting directly to the founder. You will be working day-to-day on managing and optimizing current third-party online marketplaces.

Beyond your experience (at least 4 years), we are also looking for someone who possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In this role, you will work with the Digital Team in a combined effort to:

– Help the digital team launch new third-party marketplaces and optimize existing third-party marketplaces – this means understanding, testing, analyzing, and implementing optimization strategies.

Examples of tasks you will participate in include:

– Best Practice for Launch, Rank, and Sales Optimization
– Reviewing and continuously reviewing marketplaces to understand how the marketplace works and how to be the best seller on it.
– Testing, Tracking, Learning, analyzing, and creating SOPs for Best Practices for that particular marketplace.
– New Item Launch Strategies.
– Checking item rank, testing ranking strategies, and optimizing ranking strategies (keeping track of results to understand how a particular marketplace works and how ranking works and best practices to rank first).
– Identify listing issues: search result issues – improperly categorized product listings – shipping speeds – review syndication (keeping track of issues and making sure they are resolved and putting systems in place to constantly check potential known issues).
– Checking that updates needed to be submitted are submitted and implemented.
