E-commerce Marketplace Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-commerce Marketplace Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and managing our presence on multiple e-commerce platforms, including Debenhams, Wayfair, The Range, TikTok Shop, Etsy, and Shopify.

Responsibilities:

Set up and optimize our stores on Debenhams, Wayfair, The Range, TikTok Shop, Etsy, and Shopify, ensuring they reflect our brand identity and drive sales.
Manage product listings, descriptions, and images across all platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Implement strategies to increase visibility, conversion rates, and average order value on each platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to execute campaigns and promotions effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually improve our e-commerce operations.

Requirements:

Previous experience setting up and managing stores on multiple e-commerce platforms, including Debenhams, Wayfair, The Range, TikTok Shop, Etsy, and Shopify.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and problem-solve effectively.
A passion for e-commerce and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
