Job Description: Helps contribute to the success of assigned retail accounts by managing and maintaining product assortments and providing support services to customers and the Customer Success team.
Responsibilities include:
• Set up product assortments and maintain overall presence on assigned e-commerce and brick-and-mortar accounts
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to plan, manage, and audit promotional sales events
• Perform catalog audits on e-commerce accounts
• Review and maintain MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) on assigned e-commerce accounts
• Provide product Q&A support on external e-commerce review platforms
• Assist the Customer Success team by submitting daily inventory files
• Additional tasks, as needed
Specific skills required:
• Ability to speak and write in English
• Fast and reliable internet service
• Strong skills in Excel. Working experience with VLOOKUP’s and intermediate formulas
• Excellent intrapersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Attention to detail
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
Skills preferred, but not required:
• Experience in order entry
• Customer Service experience
• Experience working in e-commerce

Reports to: Senior Customer Success Manager

Location: Remote – VPN access to a virtual desk in Moorpark, CA 93021, USA
Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM Monday – Friday PST (West Coast USA)
Salary: $6 per hour (Paid $480 every two weeks)
