As a E-Commerce Officer, your task it to plan and manage the company’s social media channels, and E-commerce platforms. Grow the E-commerce traffic and enable digital growth.
You will be working with the content marketing team on content creation and distribution. Monitor the primary marketing metrics to establish the effectiveness of online advertising.

What You Will Do:
· Improve E-commerce sales by developing custom marketing and advertising strategies for Candy Corner E-commerce and Online Sales platforms
· Increase market reach (online market)
· Improved off-take of SKUs
· Ensure optimization and monitor campaign budgets
· Ensure all online customer inquiries are attended to, escalated, or responded to
· Work together with our Graphic design team in creating designs and layouts for our online promotional activities
· Building relationships with influencers, journalists, and mediaoutlets
· Overseeing social media accounts, online sales platforms, retail outlets, and distribution channels and ensuring brand consistency
· Conducting meetings with clients
· Overseeing marketing activities and deliverables
What You Will Need for This Role:
· You need to have an experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, PR
· With a clear understanding of digital marketing
· Up to date on the latest trends offline & online
· Creative, business-minded, and resourceful
· Knows very well the internet lingo
· Strong history of demonstrated leadership
· Capable of coordinating with many other departments
· Eager to learn, passionate about marketing; insanely creative, with big wild ideas
