We are an e-commerce company selling love dolls to customers worldwide through our own website.
We need 2 experienced e-commerce live chat agents to handle our website online customers’ chat and emails
Requirement:
1. 6 months of live chat experience at least *(Must have, otherwise no need to keep reading below to waste time 🙂
2. 6 months of e-commerce customer service experience at least *(Must have, otherwise no need to keep reading below to waste time 🙂
3. Empathy with clients as well as the company
5. Able to work 8 hrs per day, 6 days per week
6. Work Details: Most Live chat & emails, few outgoing calls, no inbound calls
7. We use Hubstaff to do time tracking, and we do not allow to do other part-time or full-time jobs during working hrs
First newbie month:
$1.5/hr basic salary + sale bonus = Total $2-$3/hr
After the first month:
$2/hr basic salary + sale bonus = Total $3-4/hr
Salary will be increased every 6 months. Our agent ave salary is around $600-$800 per month
Payment Terms:
Net 3 Bi-weekly Payment
