DESCRIPTION
We’re an established Australian based skincare brand seeking a highly experienced candidate to take an operational leadership role within our company.

The right candidate is a dynamic individual with solid operational expertise and a background in E-commerce.
This individual will excel in a leadership position – taking the lead on project management for our company and ensuring the team executes at a high level by applying clear processes, systems and delivery. This role encompasses both strategy and execution – the candidate must be capable of handling complex task with a proactive, solutions first mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Process leadership & execution – understanding the key tasks required to support the daily operations of the business, optimising them and establishing clear processes for the broader team to execute.
– Project management – leading key tasks across the business – communicating with team members, allocating/ delegating and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
– HR Process ownership – supporting the hiring & ongoing management of staff members
– Supply chain operational management – optimising the physical flow of inventory, supplier management, logistics and manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product supply, regular new product development/ role out and optimise costs/ profitability across this sector
– Strategic leadership and execution – able to identify new opportunities that will contribute to the growth and operational efficiency of the business and execute accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS
– Must have proven operational E- Commerce experience at a high level
– Must have project management experience with the ability to lead teams
– Must have direct experience in E-Commerce
– Experience in the health/ cosmetics/ beauty category is a huge plus
– A highly effective communicator – you will be interacting with staff, suppliers, management & other key stakeholders on a continual basis. You must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.
– Perfect written and spoken English is mandatory
– Strong numerical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data to support your decision making
