Job Description

Must have the ability of coordinating and managing various operational aspects across my different websites.

Handle a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, ensuring that different aspects of the business are running smoothly.

Store Operations:

Manage the daily operations of all three websites, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
Process orders, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
Ensure smooth checkout processes and manage any technical issues that may arise.
Product Management:

Research and select products that align with each website’s niche and target audience.
Create detailed product listings, including descriptions, specifications, and high-quality images.
Monitor product performance and identify trends to optimize the product mix.

Digital Marketing:

Develop tailored marketing strategies for each website, taking into consideration the unique interests of their respective audiences.
Manage social media accounts, create engaging posts, and respond to comments and messages.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.

Content Creation:

Write blog posts, articles, and guides and tips.

Create visually appealing content, such as infographics and videos, to engage and educate the audience.
Graphic Design:

Design original and captivating graphics for t-shirts, banners, ads, and social media posts.
Ensure consistent branding across all websites while tailoring designs to fit the aesthetics of each niche.
Local Marketing:

Craft localized marketing campaigns to target the Vancouver market for one of the business.
Collaborate with local influencers or organizations to promote the landscaping products within the city.

Customer Support:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, or social media, providing accurate and helpful information.

Address any issues, such as order delays or product concerns, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conversion Optimization:

Analyze website analytics and user behavior to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates.
Implement A/B testing on product pages, checkout processes, and other key elements to maximize conversions.
Supply Chain Management:

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of top soil, rocks, and other landscaping materials.
Monitor delivery timelines, track shipments, and address any logistical challenges.
Web Management:

Maintain and update the websites, ensuring they are responsive, user-friendly, and free from technical issues.

Collaborate with a web developer if needed to implement improvements or new features.
Project Coordination:

Prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and manage resources to ensure efficient project execution.
Monitor progress on various initiatives, such as marketing campaigns or website updates.
