Job Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to join our team. This role is critical to our business as you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our Shopify stores. Your goal will be to increase our product testing output and give our team more free time to focus on growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all product pages are error-free and optimized for conversions
* Set up and manage Facebook Ads / TikTok Ads, including pixel installation
* Create and manage Facebook pages for new products
* Conduct product research to identify potential winning products
* Manage backend operations of the Shopify store
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product pages, ads, or store operations
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new strategies
Qualifications:
* Proven experience with Shopify and Facebook Ads + TikTok Ads
* Strong understanding the Facebook Pixel / Account Setup
* Proficiency with tools like Canva/Photoshop and Trello/Asana
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
