We are an international e-commerce brand based in the United States seeking a highly qualified operations expert to join our team as an Operations Manager.

Position: E-commerce Operations Manager

> Remote Work
> Schedule – 7 PM-3 AM Manila Time
> Salary $800-1,400 USD (depending on experience)
> Full-Time

Experience:

– 2+ Years in Operations and Management for an e-commerce business
– E-commerce Experience Is Required
– Great Communication, Leadership Skills, and Critical Thinking, and Most Importantly Technical Skills
– Someone who likes to keep things organized and efficient and is rewarded for hard work.

Responsibilities:

– Support and report directly to company leadership.
– Establish and improve processes and develop SOPs for customer service, fulfillment, order management, and financial tracking.
– Oversee and manage the performance of the Customer Support Team
– Manage Supply Chain Sourcing, Logistics, and Inventory Management
– Expanding existing teams, creating new team divisions, and assisting in hiring processes.
– Establishing Reports and Performance Monitoring
– Manage an international team.
– Adaptable to new challenges and responsibilities as needed.

Familiar Softwares:

– Shopify
– CJ Dropshipping (or similar fulfillment service)
– Google Suite
– Gorgias
