E-Commerce Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager for our ECommerce Company.
We are building and running multiple ECommerce Brands and need help with out operations, systems and processes.

– The Operations Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing multiple Ecommerce Brands
– This is a multidisciplinary role, where the primary purpose is to ensure the efficient and effective day to day operational management across all eCommerce offers and processes.
– This role will engage with, and support, several departments including Webdesign, Customer Service, Paid Media, Creative Department
– This position will also work with management to develop strategy and long term planning for the e-commerce operations team.

– 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
– Team Management experience in operations
– – – – – Knowledge and Skills – – – – –
– Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships, both internally and externally.
– People management experience and team leadership.A track record of analytical thinking.
– Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
– Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
– End to end process management experience.
