Azure Prism Limited is currently looking for an Amazon Operations Manager to join their team. The potential candidate will have the opportunity to work with a group of creative and dedicated individuals who are passionate about bringing the power of imagination and creativity to life through their products.
As the new member of the team, you will:
Lead and execute the operations of the company
Manage the Amazon account, Shipping and Inventory
Manage all new orders and coordination with forwarders
Lead and mentor an operations executive, helping them to develop their skills and produce high-quality work.

The first few weeks will consist of:
? Onboarding and getting to know the products, operations processes and supply chain
? Coming up with 90-day goals and future plans
? Getting to know the main tasks and objectives in the operations role
This is a full-time position, and the general working hours are 8 AM to 4 PM UK time. Depending on the country and the time zone of the candidate, the start of the working day can be slightly adjusted.
To excel in this role, you need to have:
? 3+ years of experience in a professional company. The number of years of experience is not the most important as the company values individual talent. If you have 2 years of experience but are very passionate and talented – you could be a great fit! Alternatively, a candidate with 5+ years of experience won’t necessarily be better at what they do 🙂
? Ideally, experience in Amazon Seller Central
? Excellent verbal communication skills, fluency is required
? Excellent skills with Excel / Google Sheets
? Familiarity with Asana, Slack, G Suite, and Loom
Brownie points for advanced Excel skills
