Job Description

We are currently searching for a highly skilled E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our Amazon and Etsy product listings, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, managing cancellations and refunds, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should also be proficient in utilizing platforms such as Shopify, Faire, Woocommerce, and Active Campaign.

Responsibilities:

Amazon & Etsy Product Entry:

Utilize expertise in Amazon and Etsy platforms to effectively manage product listings and ensure accurate data entry.
Product Sourcing:

Identify and source new products to enhance our E-commerce offerings, staying abreast of market trends and customer preferences.
Customer Interaction:

Efficiently handle customer concerns and inquiries via both email and phone, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Order Processing:

Manage the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, from order placement to shipment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Cancellations and Refunds:

Process order cancellations and refunds promptly and accurately, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Platform Proficiency:

Navigate through various E-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Faire, and Woocommerce to manage product listings, inventory, and other related tasks.
Active Campaign:

Utilize Active Campaign for effective customer communication and engagement, implementing strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth E-commerce operations and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:

E-commerce Experience:

Proven experience with Amazon and Etsy product listings and operations.
Shopify, Faire, Woocommerce:

Familiarity and proficiency in using Shopify, Faire, and Woocommerce platforms.
Active Campaign:

Experience in utilizing Active Campaign for customer communication and marketing initiatives.
Customer Service Skills:

Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Attention to Detail:

Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and order processing.
