Job Description

Job Title: E-commerce Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:
Logistics Coordination:
– Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of SKUs, monitoring both quality and quantity.
– Coordinate ship-out dates, ensuring adherence to schedules.
Product Launch and Listing Management:
– Participate in product launch meetings, overseeing the timely setup of product details.
– Ensure timely completion of product title, description, bullet points, A+ content, images, and video.
– Monitor competitor listings, images, videos, and content for relevance and competitiveness.
– Track campaign performance, adjusting budgets and optimizing keywords as needed.
– Monitor competitor listings and keyword strategies, implementing changes when necessary.
– Coordinate efforts to meet ACOS, page rank, and sales goals.
– Track and execute promotion plans (Vine, Coupon, Social Media Promotion, Sale, Affiliate, Subscribe & Save).
– Monitor and report on promotion progress, including affiliate videos and social media promotions.
– Track promotion statistics and report P&L.
– Ensure inventory is sufficient to sustain the promotion plan, coordinating with the inventory team.
Customer Experience and Product Quality:
– Coordinate resolution of negative customer reviews related to quality issues.
– Identify and coordinate opportunities for product variations.
Marketplace Compliance and Account Health:
– Monitor Voice of Customer feedback daily.
– Check the listing quality dashboard for potential listing suppression and other issues.
– Monitor account health for any product violations.
– Keep track of competitor pricing to ensure competitiveness.
– Proactively communicate with Amazon to resolve listing issues promptly.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in e-commerce operations, logistics coordination, and product launch management.
– Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
– Strong analytical skills and ability to track and report on various metrics.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
– Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
