Our Client is a luxury womenswear brand based in New York City. They are best known for unique and innovative silhouettes, patterns & prints; the eponymous label debuted for Resort 2014. With our Client’s jewelry, floral, and event design background, it has become known for creating unique, emotional moments.

Define the Role

We seek an E-commerce Operations Support Specialist with extensive experience working with Shopify. The position will require the successful candidate to be exceptionally organized, driven, resourceful, and practical.

Must Have’s

Interpersonal & Soft Skills

–Proven experience in order entry, project management, and e-commerce.
–Prior experience managing Shopify and other platforms such as Gorgias, Klaviyo, Pinterest, Google Shopping, etc.
–Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
–Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
–Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
–Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
–Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.

Work from Home Set-up

–Stable internet service is a must. The primary internet should be cabled wired on a FIBER connection with a download/ upload minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
–Should have a backup internet solution – LTE Mobile Data or Pocket WIFI
–A desktop Computer or Laptop preferably with Intel i5 or equivalent processor, Windows 7 and above or MAC OSX OS, 8GB RAM
–A good headset with an extended microphone and noise cancellation is preferred Good external or integrated webcam

Key Responsibilities
Order Management System

–Manage and accurately process incoming orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
–Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues they may have.
–Manage Shopify and E-commerce sales platforms, ensuring up-to-date, accurate product listings optimized for maximum visibility and sales.

Inventory Management

–Conduct regular inventory checks and manage inventory levels to maintain adequate stock levels.
–Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and cost-effective production and delivery of products.

Customer Service/ Administration

–Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
–Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
–Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order entry, project management, and e-commerce.
