Role Responsibilities:
You will be the one-stop shop for this growing E-Commerce business. You will be expected to:
• Conduct market research to identify trending products within our niche.
• Manage our online store, including product listings, descriptions, and quality imagery.
• Spearhead our digital marketing efforts across SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Analyse performance data to optimize strategies and improve sales.
• Provide stellar customer service, fostering positive relationships and building customer loyalty.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure product quality, negotiate terms, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and bring innovative ideas to the table on how we can grow this business.

Who We’re Looking For:
• You’re passionate about e-commerce and eager to learn and grow to develop your skills independently to become an expert.
• You have experience in digital marketing, market research, data analysis, or related fields.
• You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English.
• You’re tech-savvy, with proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.), digital marketing tools, and basic graphic design.
• Previous experience in a dropshipping/e-commerce business is desirable.
• A forward-thinker, keen to push yourself and this business to new heights.
