Job Description

We are a growing e-commerce store looking for an E-commerce Orders Processor to help with order fulfillment, logistics, and data entry.

This job requires extremely high attention to detail, and patience and you must be a very careful and attentive person. You must also have proficient English writing and speaking skills as you may occasionally need to email, chat, or speak on the phone with customers or suppliers.

Main Duties include:
• Processing and Fulfilling Orders
• Managing and Organizing Invoices, PO’s, and Receipts
• Recording Orders and Tracking Information
• Organizing Order Data
• Uploading New Products / Revising Existing Products
• Solving Order Issues with Suppliers and Customers
• Other Basic Operations and Administrative tasks

Working times would be US working hours. Training is provided and compensated.

I just want to make sure you are good with the following:
1. Payments will be made weekly through Remitly for the first month
2. There will be a two-month trial period with a rate of $2.75 per hour for the first two months
2. 40-hour workweek (5 days/week, 8 hours/day)
3. You will be able to work evening to early morning Philippines time (e.g. 10 PM – 7 AM PHT; with 1-hour break)
4. You have excellent English speaking skills and are ok with occasionally speaking with customers and suppliers over the phone
5. You will submit a report every day at the end of your shift (this is a must) with the following questions answered:
a) What did you do today? (detailed description)
b) What issues did you run into?
c) Is there anything I can help you with?
