Position: E-Commerce Platform Operations & Marketing Support Executive
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
Time: 20 hours/week (with the intention of going full-time ASAP)
Rate: $10-$11.25 an hr paid monthly
Shift: Night Shift, US EST Timezone

About the Role:
– Manage and execute a content calendar, creating engaging digital content and graphics for online platforms
Implement SEO strategies to enhance brand visibility and search rankings.
– Optimize the Shopify platform for a seamless user experience, including creating intuitive landing pages and banners
– Collaborate with the email marketing team on cross-channel marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and engage customers.
– Manage organic influencer outreach on social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to grow brand footprint
– Blend creativity, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking to drive e-commerce growth and enhance brand recognition

Position Description for E-commerce Platform Operations and Marketing Support Executive:

– **Social Media:**
– Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar and strategy tailored for various social media platforms.
– Design and create platform-specific content to engage and grow the audience.
– Schedule posts in advance to maintain a consistent online presence.
– Foster relationships with influencers and the community by interacting regularly and authentically.

– **Influencer Outreach:**
– Identify and engage with small-scale influencers across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook who align with the brand’s values for collaborations based on product exchange or performance-based incentives.

– **Shopify Optimization:**
– Ensure product listings are fully optimized and pages are effectively merchandised.
– Regularly review and recommend updates to content and visuals for the landing page.
– Design and implement landing pages in sync with email marketing initiatives and promotions.
– Collaborate with the email marketing team to ensure seamless integration and optimization of Shopify platform with email campaigns.

– **Blog:**
– Utilize AI tools to generate up to 10 compelling blog posts per month, aimed at driving traffic and engaging the brand’s audience.

– **SEO:**
– Conduct an initial baseline report to assess current SEO performance.
– Implement targeted strategies to enhance SEO rankings.
– Regularly update and fix broken links, along with ongoing SEO optimization and implementation efforts.

– **Administrative:**
– Provide administrative support to the CEO as needed, including but not limited to scheduling, communications, and project management tasks.
