We’re in search of a dedicated Ecommerce Lister to bolster our operations on these platforms, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional customer service.
Position Overview:
The Ecommerce Admin will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing our Amazon and Walmart operations. This role demands a proactive individual who can navigate the nuances of both platforms, ensuring seamless coordination and optimal performance with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management: Oversee and process orders from both Amazon and Walmart, ensuring timely dispatch and customer satisfaction.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints across platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage stock levels, update inventory, and maintain accurate listings on both platforms.
Data Entry & Analysis: Input and analyze data from Amazon and Walmart to generate insights and reports.
Content Management: Assist in creating, optimizing, and updating product listings, including images, descriptions, and pricing.
Vendor & Platform Communication: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and platform representatives to ensure smooth operations.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customer feedback, and inventory turnover across platforms.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in e-commerce operations, with a focus on Amazon and Walmart.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
