Job Description:
The E-Commerce PPC Specialist will play a crucial part in our agency by maintaining a portfolio of PPC clients. This may include onboarding, creating and maintaining effective campaigns, optimizing accounts independently and collaboratively, and providing insightful recommendations to enhance performance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing Google Ads for US-based e-commerce businesses. They should be confident in platforms like Shopify and/or WooCommerce as well as Google Merchant Center.
Role Details:

Work Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 AM EST
Workdays: Monday – Friday
Salary range: PHP 65,000 – 85,000 Monthly
Job Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across various e-commerce platforms like Google, Amazon, and Meta.
– Manage Google Ads campaigns for US-based e-commerce businesses, ensuring optimal performance with a strong understanding of Google Shopping and/or Performance Max campaigns.
– Implement and optimize Google ads, Bing ads, and Meta ads to drive quality leads for clients.
– Provide creative recommendations for Meta and Instagram ads.
– Develop and maintain efficient campaign structures including but not limited to: campaigns, ad groups, ad copy, and keywords.
– Independently optimize accounts, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
– Communicate effectively and proactively with internal teams and possibly clients.
– Familiarity with Zapier as a workflow automation tool.
– Update and improve Standard Operating Procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
– Provide thoughtful recommendations to positively impact campaign performance.
– Work on multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring each receives proper attention and optimization.
– Create, manage, and update daily pacing documents to track campaign progress and performance.
– Create and deploy tracking pixels via Google Tag Manager.
– Less than 15 min response times during normal business hours either by Slack or email.
– Be able to take multiple 30-60-minute calls throughout the business day.
– Complete and update assigned tasks through ClickUp.
Qualifications:
Experience
– 2 years of experience managing Google Ads for US-based e-commerce businesses.
– Proficiency, in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads
– Client-facing communication is a plus.

– Strong understanding of campaign structure and optimization strategies.
– Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently on the accounts assigned to you.
– Ability to think critically and provide insightful recommendations.
– Comfortable working on multiple accounts simultaneously.
– Has worked in an agency setting, preferably a US-based agency
Portfolio
– Provide a portfolio showcasing your previous work in e-commerce Google Ads campaigns. This should include examples of successful campaigns, performance metrics, and any other relevant achievements.
Communication Skills
– Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Certification
– Google Ads certification with an active certification.
Technical Skills
– Familiarity with tools/software such as , Unbounce, Zapier, ClickUp, Slack, Gmail, Excel, Google Sheets, and ChatGPT.
– Must have fast and reliable internet
