About the Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining efficient tracking systems for materials and parts, coordinating seamlessly with various departments, and ensuring our product database is meticulously organized and up-to-date. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our production processes and ensuring the highest quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with All Factory & Internal Departments

– Product SETUP: Coordinate closely with the creative department and the product manager to obtain necessary printwork, ensuring alignment with product specifications and timelines.
– SOURCING: Knowledge/process on sourcing and regularly check prices against other factories
– REPORTING: Provide regular reports on production progress and address any issues or delays promptly.

2. Internal ERP Database Management

– Product Change MANAGEMENT: (1) Input and manage our database of parts and SKUs: use our existing ERP system to track bills of material and parts, ensuring accurate and timely availability of resources. (2) Maintain and update the product database, ensuring clear and precise information is available regarding product requirements for production and packaging.

3. Improve on production & inventory process

– Make improvements for both accuracy & ease of use on our software
– Collaborate with various teams to streamline production processes and enhance efficiency.
– Assist in the planning and execution of production schedules, adapting to changing needs and priorities.
– Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations in all production activities.

Qualifications:
– 6-10 years of proven experience in product / warehouse coordination or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry.
– At least one year experience in ecommerce (remote) product / warehouse coordination.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)

Screening Process:

1. The interview process is all initially at your pace. We only do in-person interview in the final step. We will initially ask yes/no & numeric questions to verify your relevant experience. And then we will ask you up to 5 situation base questions to understand gauge your experience, logic & communication skills.
2. After which, we might have some clarification questions for you.
3. Then we will select a few applicants to do a paid trail task (we will provide actual problems / issue we face that you will try to resolve).
4. Lastly, we will do a final in person interview (at this point, you would most likely have passed most of the job competency and experience assessment and this is a job/culture fit + opportunity for you to ask/understand us better).
