Outbound Power is in need of a part-time teammate to help us take our growing E-Commerce store to the next level.

As our small business expands, we need someone who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty and tackle a variety of tasks remotely, with a focus on Product Uploading, Merchandising, and Collection Organization.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work and isn’t afraid to dive in and get things done right. You’ll need to be a jack-of-a-few-trades, tackling everything from product uploading and optimizing new and existing products, to adding alt text on photos, and creating SEO headings.

Responsibilities
We are looking for four main outcomes from our E-Commerce Product Specialist:

1. Product Page Excellence: Use our standard operating procedures to create and optimize product pages that captivate customers, drive engagement, and increase conversions.
2. SEO and Visibility: Implement our effective search-engine optimization (SEO) strategies to enhance product discoverability, boost organic traffic, and elevate our online market presence.
3. Organized Collections and Tagging: Manage and innovate our product collections and help keep our tagging system up-to-date, giving customers intuitive navigation and a smooth shopping experience.
4. Content and Data Management: Collaboratively enrich the website content and meticulously handle product data, contributing to informed purchasing decisions that will help us maintain an up-to-date, dynamic online presence.

Qualifications and Requirements
You’ll know you’re the right person for this role if you have:

1 – 3 years of experience as an operations, administrative, or e-commerce manager (experience with Shopify is preferred, but not required).
Experience using image processing software (PhotoShop, Gimp, or similar), AI (ChatGPT Gemini), and Excel/Google Sheets.
An obsession with getting the details perfect.
An ability to operate independently and reliably accomplish tasks.
Reliable internet and a reliable computer.
Knowledge of organization software (any is good, but we use Asana).
Ability to find ways to always complete tasks.
Work is 100% remote and will start with a one-month trial period to determine suitability.

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $5.00 (USD)
Weekly Hours: 20 hours
Monthly Compensation: $400.00 (USD)
Trial Period: 30 Days
