E-Commerce Product Uploader & Products Manager

We are an online eCommerce business and need a full-time Shopify Product Manager / VA who has the following skills and experience:

Job Responsibilities:
• Accurately upload pictures, videos, descriptions, specifications, manuals, accessories, and pricing from the suppliers’ websites to our store
• Work directly with suppliers to get product files, images, price lists, documentation, and inventory lists
• Basic image editing knowledge for product images
• Manage regular product inventory updates
• Follow the SEO process guidelines provided
• Perform competitive analysis and optimize our listings so as to identify areas we can add value to our customers
• Ability to research products and calculate profitability, buyer incentives, and discounts to offer
• Provide product customer service for inquiries

Keys Requirements:
• Must have a reliable Internet connection
• Must have previous eCommerce product listing research and upload experience
• Must be a fast learner, apply new training into practice efficiently and effectively
• Must have the ability to think critically and problem solve
• Be self-motivated, energetic, and proactively responsive to customers
• Work well on your own, follow procedures & processes with minimal guidance
• Be an excellent communicator – great English writing, grammar, and oral skills
• Have excellent attention to detail

Additional Requirements:
• Prior Order Fulfillment and Customer Service experience preferred
• Experience with basic HTML knowledge preferred
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, or BigCommerce) is a plus
• Knowledge of Spreadsheets/Excel
