Job Description:

As the Part-Time E-commerce Project Manager at Mint Comfy, you will be instrumental in optimizing our online presence and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your role will encompass key aspects of our e-commerce operations, including team and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management:
Effectively manage and optimize product listings with accurate and engaging descriptions.
Monitor inventory levels and implement pricing strategies.
Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost product visibility and drive sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional strategies.
Customer Interaction:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
Utilize customer feedback to improve our product offerings and services.
Team and Project Coordination:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce projects.
Manage and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Generate regular reports on sales, trends, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred).
Proven experience in e-commerce management, with familiarity with various online marketplaces.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, prioritizing a customer-centric approach.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Knowledge of SEO and online advertising is advantageous.
Must be flexible with time schedule and have time to dedicate to the position.
