E-commerce Retail Manager

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven E-commerce Retail Manager to join our team. This role primarily involves managing the operations of our TikTok store, Shopee, Lazada and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing online retail stores, coordinating with affiliates, and logistics handling.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of our TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada online stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Develop strategies to boost sales and increase customer engagement on our online platforms.
Coordinate with affiliates and influencers to promote our brand and products.
Monitor and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders and handle any delivery issues or complaints.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports, and present to senior management.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, suggest necessary changes or improvements.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to our products or services.
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that all products are accurately represented and marketed across all platforms.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing online retail stores, preferably with TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
Proven experience in coordinating with affiliates and influencers.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Proficient in generating detailed reports and sales forecasts.
Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent command of English and Filipino language.
