E-Commerce Rockstar Sales & Customer Service Specialist.

We are a US-based online home goods retailer, seeking a highly motivated Sales & Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a remote employee, you will enjoy the flexibility that comes with working from the comfort of your own home.

We look for a person that is able to Close Sales with Customers that look to purchase expensive items online.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries (Phone+Email+Live chat)
-Follow up on warm leads
-Give customers discounts & prepare quotes
-Meet and exceed sales targets
-Continuously improve product knowledge and industry trends
-Work collaboratively with the team and management to achieve company goals

Qualifications:

-Excellent spoken English & confidence in speaking on the phone
-1+ years of sales experience
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
-Self-motivated and results-oriented
-Knowledge of Shopify and ASANA is a plus
