We are looking for Virtual Assistants / Executive Assistants in the following areas:

Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various technical tasks, including writing summaries of lengthy product descriptions, identifying errors in code (no coding experience required), and optimizing our internal search engine.

Responsibilities:

– Write concise summaries of lengthy product descriptions to improve readability and user engagement.
– Review code for errors and inconsistencies, providing detailed feedback for improvement.
– Identify and rectify errors in our internal search engine to enhance user experience and search functionality.
– Assist in optimizing product descriptions, meta titles, and other content for improved search engine visibility.
– Collaborate with the team to implement improvements and updates to our website and online platforms.

Requirements:

– Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write clear and concise content.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors in code and content.
– Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and tools.
– Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, WordPress, or Bigcommerce is preferred.
– Experience with Searchspring or similar internal search engines is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.

– Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
