E-Commerce Specialist

**Position Overview:**
As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our presence on various e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, Macy’s, Target, Walmart, and more. You will be responsible for uploading product listings, ensuring catalog accuracy on Plytix, and resolving technical issues through collaboration with internal and external resources. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail and demonstrate an Omni-channel mindset.

**Responsibilities:**
– Upload product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Macy’s, Target, Walmart, and others.
– Manage and maintain our product catalog on Plytix.
– Resolve technical issues in collaboration with both internal and external resources.
– Act as the first point of contact for marketplace managers and customer care in case of functional issues.
– Demonstrate an Omni-channel mindset to ensure a seamless customer experience across all platforms.
– Create and follow an agile project plan using effort estimation, outline action items, measure progress, make adjustments, and follow through to completion.

**Requirements:**
– Highly technical individual with excellent communication skills.
– Previous experience with e-commerce marketplaces, such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Mirakl, CommerceHub, Acenda, etc.
– Detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
– Clear communication and presentation skills.
– Demonstrated initiative, independent judgment, and project management skills.
– Strong analytical skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
– Proven experience in managing and resolving technical issues.
– Familiarity with an Omni-channel mindset.
