Role Overview:

As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our online presence on Shopify and Amazon. You will be responsible for maintaining product listings, tracking inventory, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) sales. Additionally, you will support our Business-to-Business (B2B) efforts, particularly on our ecommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listings Management:
Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Shopify and Amazon.
Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date.
Implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility and ranking.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations/warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
Manage inventory discrepancies and initiate reorders as needed.
Implement inventory tracking systems and generate regular inventory reports.
Marketing Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute ecommerce marketing strategies.
Assist in creating and implementing promotional campaigns, including discounts, bundles, and special offers.
Analyze marketing data and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
B2B Support:
Manage and optimize B2B product listings and pricing.
Prequalify and approve new applications for wholesale accounts on the B2B Shopify site.
Coordinate with B2B clients to address inquiries, orders, and logistics.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners.
Customer Service Coordination:
Coordinate with the customer service representative to improve SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), documentation, FAQs, and policies.
Work on enhancing the overall customer experience, including returns and other customer service processes.
Enhance product reviews on both Shopify and Amazon platforms to improve customer feedback and engagement.
Shopify Management:
Manage and review Shopify apps for both DTC and B2B sites.
Track and analyze key KPIs such as AOV (Average Order Value), CVR (Conversion Rate), and more.
Amazon Management:
Create and manage ASINs (Amazon Standard Identification Numbers).
Oversee FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) operations, coordinating with warehouse and operations team.
Manage relationship with Amazon agency to ensure alignment with business goals and maximize performance, ensuring that we are communicating their needs in order to deliver results.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor ecommerce performance metrics and generate regular reports.
Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or similar role, with expertise in Shopify and Amazon platforms.
Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, SEO, and digital marketing.
Experience with inventory management and coordination with operations teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Experience in B2B ecommerce is a plus.
Familiarity with ASIN creation, FBA/FBM, Amazon advertising, and key Shopify KPIs.
Experience managing relationships with Amazon agencies.
