**Job Description**
We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist with expertise in managing online sales channels, particularly Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, a proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth, and the ability to optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion.
**Responsibilities**
– Manage and optimize product listings on Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms to drive sales and revenue growth.
– Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
– Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, to identify opportunities for optimization.
– Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns, sales events, and product launches.
– Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in e-commerce to ensure our online presence remains competitive.
– Provide regular reports and analysis on e-commerce performance, including recommendations for improvement and optimization.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and logistics, to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
– Continuously test and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics to improve overall e-commerce performance.
**Requirements**
– Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics.
– Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools and platforms (e.g. Shopify Analytics, etc.).
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
