Job Description

We are an e-commerce specializing in woman’s clothing. We provide our customers with fashionable, stylish clothing from homegrown brands and designers in Los Angeles. Our company is based out of Riverside, California, about an hour away from downtown Los Angeles. We plan to open the site in January 1st, 2024 with the ambition to grow.

Job Summary:
As an e-commerce specialist, you understand online sales strategies and the various platforms used to conduct digital sales or conversions on a website. Your responsibilities include monitoring the day-to-day activity on our online sales and the site’s overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and developing brand loyalty. Lots of room to grow!

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and managing short-term and long-term optimization plans for our e-commerce and other platforms.
• Publish new content and update existing content on marketing and product pages across all our platforms for all drop shipping products. Optimize pictures, copywriting, keywords, titles, bullet points, product descriptions, backend details, etc.
• Work closely with us to ensure all e-commerce needs are met including research optimization and data driven.
• Analyze results and identify wins, losses, trends, and effectively communicate those findings.
• Assist in managing our online inventory pipeline across multiple marketplaces/channels.
• Work closely to achieve and ensure all sites content matches brand identity/voice, strategic direction, and promotional activity.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
• 1+ year experience with B2C like Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce/Wordpress, etc.
• Experience using web analytics and optimization tools to grow and boost things like conversion rates, engagements, user experience, and more.
• Knowledge and experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a plus.
• Up-to-date knowledge of analytics software such as Google Analytics.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail, deadlines, reporting, and can work both independently and within a team.
• Understanding of e-commerce metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives.
• Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and maintain strong professional work ethics.
• Ability to multitask; work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Part-Time Schedule:
• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
