Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated E-Commerce Specialist, also known as a Virtual Assistant (VA) or Product Lister, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, particularly with Shopify, and experience in building converting product pages. This role requires proficiency in translating product pages using DeepL, editing creatives and product photos in Canva, and leveraging ChatGPT for value-added tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
– Create and optimize product listings on Shopify to maximize conversions.
– Translate product pages accurately using DeepL to cater to diverse markets.
– Edit and enhance product photos and creatives using Canva.
– Utilize ChatGPT to generate engaging and relevant content.
– Ensure a structured approach to daily tasks and projects.
– Communicate effectively with team members in English.
– Contribute ideas and provide input to enhance business processes and growth.
Qualifications:
– Proficiency in Shopify with a proven track record of building high-converting product pages.
– Experience with DeepL for translating product pages.
– Skilled in Canva for editing creatives and product photos.
– Familiarity with ChatGPT and its applications in e-commerce.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication skills in English.
– Background in dropshipping or e-commerce is a plus.
– A proactive mindset with a drive to grow and become an integral part of the business.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
