Shopify E-Commerce Store Manager
We are seeking an experienced Shopify E-Commerce Store Manager to join our team and help us drive sales and profitability for our online store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, marketing campaigns, customer service, and order fulfillment. In addition, the candidate will be required to help find and research winning products with great profitability.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of our Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, marketing campaigns, customer service, and order fulfillment
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability for our online store
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Provide excellent customer service to our online customers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in e-commerce and Shopify to ensure our store remains competitive
• Help find and research winning products with great profitability
• Provide weekly and monthly profit statements to track store performance
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience managing successful Shopify e-commerce stores
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and Shopify platform
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and profitability for online stores
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Verifiable proof of managing profitable Shopify stores
• Availability to screen share via Zoom or Skype to show proof
• Willingness to take a negotiable 10% to 25% off the net profits from the store as payment
• Ability to find and research winning products with great profitability
• Ability to provide weekly and monthly profit statements to track store performance
